Let's face it, Winter is tough…
It’s dark in the mornings, cold in the evenings, and sometimes your doona wins the battle.
The Powered-Up Pilates Challenge is all about keeping you accountable… right through the heart of winter.
Over 5 weeks, you’ll commit to 3 classes per week, alongside the rest of the Athletic Reformer crew. There’ll be movement, motivation, prizes, and a whole lot of accountability. All you need to do is show up.

Goal: Complete 15 Reformer classes in 5 weeks (3 per week)
Head to the Athletic Reformer app:
Select "More" from the bottom menu
Select "Buy new packages"
Select "Powered-Up Pilates Challenge | 14 July 2025" and follow the prompts
Tracking your progress
Challenge progress is tracked both in the app and in-studio (cause digital reminders are the standard but putting a gold star on the board just feels soooo good!)

Fuel your training: Sports nutrition night with our very our Rhi Stone (Accredited Practicing Dietitian)
Join accredited sports dietitian Rhi Stone for a fun and practical session on how to fuel your body for movement, recovery, and energy. Date TBC, we’ll share it with all participants.

Enjoy a very special Saturday with a high-energy, double-trouble class from our dynamic duo. You’ll sweat, laugh/cry, and there’ll be nowhere to hide…

Need-to-knows
Join anytime between now and Sunday 21 July
If you fall behind, no worries, you can make it up the next week. Just complete 15 classes by 17 August to be eligible for the rewards
All classes count (regardless if its Athletic Base, Athletic Reformer or Athletic Plus)

Power each other along
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about momentum, movement, and making time for yourself even when it’s cold out. And when you do that consistently, it’ll just click, your energy, your strength, your mindset.
