Sometimes the best thing you can give yourself is something to chase. The Powered-Up Pilates Challenge is back for Year 4, and the deal is as simple as ever.
Over 5 weeks you'll commit to 3 classes a week, alongside the rest of the Athletic Reformer crew. One clear goal, plenty of movement and motivation, a few prizes, and a whole lot of momentum. All you need to do is show up.

Just use your existing membership or class pack to book in as usual.

How to opt in
Head to the Athletic Reformer app and you're in. And yes, it's completely free.
- Tap More in the bottom menu.
- Tap Buy new packages, then scroll down to the Challenges section.
- Tap "Powered-Up Pilates Challenge | 13 July 2026" ($0.00), hit Activate, and add your signature to agree.
- Head to your Home screen and tap Activate challenge to start tracking. You can set a few daily goals too (water, sleep, daily movement) if you're keen.

Tracking your progress
Your challenge progress is tracked two ways: in the app, and on the wall chart back in the studio.
Digital reminders are the standard, but putting a sticker on the board each time you finish a class just feels soooo good.

Athletic Restore (Warm) with Tenielle
Our signature strength meets deep release, turned up warm. Powerful holds, mobility work and stretch sequences to unlock flexibility, control and balance. Fewer transitions, longer holds, a strong focus on recovery.
Counts towards your 15.Fuel your training: Toowoomba ASN in studio
The team from Australian Sports Nutrition (Toowoomba) are setting up in the studio so you can sample, ask questions and chat all things supplements before and after your classes.
In studio, all day.New on the timetable: Athletic Restore, Friday afternoons
A brand new steady-flow Restore class on the timetable. The perfect complement to your training week, and another easy way to tick off a challenge class.

Need-to-knows
- Opt in any time between now and Sunday 19 July.
- Fall behind? No dramas. You can make it up the next week, doubles and bigger weeks are totally fine. Just complete 15 classes by 16 August to be eligible for the rewards.
- Every class type counts: Athletic Base, Athletic Reformer, Athletic Plus and Athletic Restore.
- Worried about getting a spot? We've added an extra reformer and there are more classes on the timetable than ever, so there's room for you. Book ahead and you're sweet.
- Progress is tracked in the app and on the wall chart in studio.
